Where to take pictures in….
On these pages I hope to share pictures I took at those places I visited since 2011, the year I owned a DSLR camera. For easy reference, the menu above is organized according to geographic location, and the locations that appear below are arranged in alphabetical order.

While some may get the impression that I'm an outdoor guy, I'm actually a homebody who finds time to read predominantly nonfiction, listen to soothing music, solve interesting problems, watch documentary films, including forensic investigations. I obtained my educational degrees in three continents, which reflects my love of travel. I've been to six continents, Antarctica being the exception. Friends tell me I could board a Russian icebreaker to travel to that part of the planet. I dream about interacting with the Emperor penguins. When I'm not dreaming about Antarctica, I make a conscious effort to relax, overcome life's stresses and challenges and do photography. That's my prescription to staying young at heart.

Also, I’m more a man of science than a man of art; I have neither the artistic gene nor the professional training. I can learn from veteran photographers as well as from innately artistic people.
